FreeStyle LibreLink - US is a glucose monitoring app that lets you check your blood sugar by scanning your phone near your FreeStyle Libre Sensor. Instead of routine fingersticks, you can now monitor glucose levels painlessly throughout the day.

The app works with both 10-day and 14-day Sensors and displays your current glucose reading along with trend arrows and glucose history. You get a clear picture of how your blood sugar responds to food, insulin, and exercise by adding notes directly in the app. View detailed glucose reports, including your Ambulatory Glucose Profile, to spot patterns and make informed decisions about your diabetes management.

Connect with your healthcare team through LibreView integration, allowing your doctor or diabetes care provider to access your glucose data remotely and provide more personalized guidance. This feature eliminates the need to manually share readings or wait for office visits to review trends.

If you use both the FreeStyle Libre Reader and this app with the same Sensor, start the Sensor with the Reader first, then scan with your phone. Scan each device every 8 hours to ensure complete data capture in your reports. Data from all your devices can be uploaded and viewed on LibreView, giving you a comprehensive view of your glucose control across different monitoring methods.

The app is designed for people with diabetes who want faster, easier access to their glucose readings. Keep your phone with you for on-the-go monitoring—at work, school, exercise, or anywhere else. No more carrying a separate reader or worrying about missing scans.

Note that you'll still need a blood glucose meter for certain situations: when you see the Check Blood Glucose symbol, when symptoms don't match your readings, when you suspect readings may be inaccurate, or when you experience symptoms of high or low blood sugar. FreeStyle LibreLink is a monitoring tool that works alongside, not in place of, traditional fingerstick testing for treatment decisions.
